Jesse is the Chief Executive Officer and lead welding professional at Chinook Welding Ltd. A Red Seal–certified welder with extensive experience in structural steel, shipbuilding, and heavy industrial projects, he oversees field operations and ensures every project meets the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and precision. Jesse works closely with contractors and project managers to coordinate on-site execution, maintain project schedules, and deliver reliable welding solutions for commercial and industrial construction projects across British Columbia. -

Merran serves as Chief Operating Officer of Chinook Welding Ltd., overseeing the company’s business operations and organizational systems that support project delivery. She manages the company’s accounting, bookkeeping, financial planning, marketing, and administrative operations to ensure the business runs efficiently behind the scenes. Merran works closely with leadership and field teams to support project coordination, scheduling, and business development, helping position Chinook Welding as a dependable partner for contractors across British Columbia.
